Cypher Capital Launches a $100 Million Fund Focusing on Blockchain

Cypher Capital is a venture capital firm from UAE and MENA region which has its focus on crypto and blockchain-related projects all over the world. Recently, Cypher Capital has launched a $100 Million Fund which mostly focuses on the blockchain ecosystem.

The venture capital firm announced this today, releasing a statement with its details. With this, they’ll focus their attention on genuine value propositions in blockchain, crypto, and other digital asset projects. Besides that, the venture firm will invest 40% of the seed fund in the emerging blockchain and crypto startups in India.

The firm has stated that they’ve already invested in over 15 blockchain startups such as Safle, Solrazr, etcetera.

Safle is an upcoming next-generation identity wallet and composite blockchain infrastructure provider. On the other hand, Solrazr is the first decentralized developer ecosystem for the Solana blockchain.

Founder and General Partner Bijan Alizadeh said:

“We are very proud and honored to be launching our first and the biggest crypto, digital asset and blockchain private seed fund from the UAE and the Middle East Region.”

Moreover, the VC firm will have its core focus on Blockchain and crypto startups in India.

Bijan has invested in more than 60 crypto projects and has had a strong track record in crypto adoption.

Cypher Capital will take a hands-on approach in mentoring the projects. Its latest blockchain and digital asset hub, which is under construction in JBR Dubai, is expected to complete in August 2022. The hub will offer crypto startups, enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs with exclusive access and get-togethers for the community.

The Venture firm will take an entrepreneurial approach for building its portfolio. In fact, it’ll focus on seed funding as well as taking states in established blockchain funds. As of now, they’ve invested $1.5 million into Crypto Oasis Sentio.
